  1. The first step in the process is to sit down with all parties involved and find out what the goals are. (This is the most important part of the process)
  2. The next step is to determine the budget assigned to help obtain these goals
  3. After the goals have been established and a budget is in place, Jcran will spend the next 24-48 hours developing a solution that meets the budget constraints and best relates to the goals of the business.
  4. Then, a meeting will be set to present the solution and discuss any changes or additions with the business owner.
  5. Once the proposal has been approved, Jcran will ask for 50% of the proposed investment and begin working on the solution.
  6. When Jcran has completed the project and all parties are happy with the results, the final payment of the remaining 50% will be due and the project will be live and official.
  7. The project is still not finished in the eyes of Jcran Solutions. Our account executives will make several follow up calls and visits to make sure everything is going as planned and makes adjustments if they are needed.
  8. The project will be considered a completion, once the client has expressed their satisfaction and personally says the project is complete.
