Exit Realty of Lakeland Florida opened its doors in 2003 and immediately contacted Jcran Solutions for all its Web Design, Hosting, Emails, Computer Services and Network Design and Maintenance. Since then, we have maintained all aspects of Exit Realty's IT needs. We have also developed several web sites for Exit Realty agents and have shot numerous virtual tours.

Exit Web Design was created to help Exit Realty agents get started with a professional website at a discounted price. Agents can choose from pre-designed templates or have a custom web site designed and still have the high quality search engine friendly programming that the large real estate template web design companies can not provide.

Jenni Thompson - Realtor

Jenni Thompson came to work for Exit Realty of Lakeland and immediately hired Jcran Solutions to take care of her web site needs. Jenni's site is a database driven web site built with a combination of CSS, HTML and PHP. Jenni’s listings automatically pull from the IDX Real Estate Listings Service.

Disney Virtual Tours

Disney Virtual Tours is a web site that was built to help visitors coming to the Central Florida area discover Disney World before they get there. The web site is built using HTML, CSS, Java and PHP code. The virtual tours are added and deleted using a backend database. All virtual tours are located on a Google Map integrated into the site to help users easily find tours they are looking for.

Jcran Virtual Tours

Jcran Virtual Tours is a web site built to showcase customer’s virtual tours. All tours are stored in MySQL database and driven with PHP, HTML and CSS coding. Each virtual tour is uploaded using a backend admin login area and automatically creates virtual tours based on different templates. The system automatically creates a branded and non-branded tour to be uploaded to the MLS system.

Bill and Susie Nicholas

After developing a dynamic web site for their company, Bill and Susie Nicholas insisted that I develop a website for their personal real estate business. Jcran Solutions created a logo for Bill and Susie that they still use now and have used since 2003. The web site was built using PHP and HTML technology and stores listings in a MySQL database that is controlled by a backend admin section.

Shawn McDonough - Realtor

Shawn McDonough is one of the top real estate agents in Lakeland and insists only in the best in marketing and advertising products. Shawn decided that Jcran Solutions would be his best option for internet marketing and has been doing business with us for over 4 years. This website pulls his listings from the MLS system and allows him to make changes and add additional photos from a backend admin section.

Orlando Villa Database

James Aguilar is one of the top Investment and Vacation home real estate agents in the Disney World area and has used Jcran Solutions for virtual tours, computer and network design, web site design, hosting and search engine optimization. Orlando Villa Databases combines Disney communities and homes for sale to present a nice product to prospective customers. The site is built using CSS, HTML, PHP and MySQL databases.

Refined Realty Resources

Florida Services is a 2nd web site that Refined Realty uses to attract Disney area home buyers and investors. It a basic design and an attractive graphical web site with programming in CSS and HTML. As a static web site, that rarely changes, it is an economical marketing tool for Refined Realty.

Polk County Golf

Polk County Golf is a website that has been around since 2002 and is donated to the Polk County Florida area golf courses to help showcase the courses in the area. The site is heavily has a heavy track load and accommodates golfers from all over the world find out information about golf in the Polk County area. The site is designed in CSS, HTML, PHP and is driven by a MySQL database.
