After careful evaluation, Ken Branham decided to do business with Jcran Solutions. We redesigned their website and starting hosting their emails and web site in 2005 and still provide these services today.

Bill and Julie came to work for Exit Realty in 2005 and decided to hire Jcran Solutions to design a web site for their real estate business. The web site that Jcran Solutions built for Bill and Julie can be easily updated by their assistant and is very user friendly.

Debbie was Jcran’s first real estate customer and is one of our top customers today. She is a multi million dollar producer that specializes in executive homes throughout Lakeland and Winter Haven. Jcran has done several projects for Debbie that include; Web Site Design and Hosting, Search Engine Optimization, Business Card and Post Card Design and Printing, Computer Repair, Virtual Tours and Photography.

Patty Moor - Realtor

Patty Moor wanted a custom web site that she could critique and change as it was being built. Since she knew Jcran Solutions worked with several top producing Realtors, she hired us to do the project. Patty’s web site pulls listing from her company’s main web site and allows her to make any changes she sees fit. Also, she can upload her monthly newsletter to the site on her own.

Mia Howe - Realtor

Mia works for the Key West Exit Realty location and she heard that Jcran Solutions did a lot of work for Exit Realty agents, so she decided to hire us to design a custom web site for her. Jcran designed a Key West style site to help Mia showcase her listings and virtual tours to prospective customers. Mia can upload her listings to the database and make changes to them on the fly.

Office Furniture Depot

Office Furniture Depot had an outdated site that was built in the late 90’s and decided to hire Jcran Solutions to do some renovations in 2005. We updated their site and upgraded their hosting service to a system that is search engine friendly. Since then, their web site has jumped up in the search rankings significantly and has brought in many new customers for their business.

Carmel Smith - Realtor

Carmel worked as an assistant to Bill and Susie Nicholas and she was responsible for keeping their web site up to date. When she decided to become a full time Realtor, she hired Jcran to create a simple, cost effective site for her, because she already had experience with our work. We designed a simple site that pulls listing from the MLS system and allows her to upload her own virtual tours to showcase her many listings.

Debbie Ward-Terry - Realtor

This web site is one of Debbie’s original sites that she used to showcase her listings. It was original built by another company, but Debbie needed the ability to upload her own listings and make changes so we upgraded the site for her. Although she no longer uses the site, because she has started her own real estate company, the site generated several leads while she working as a Realtor.

Realty World Homes of Distinction

Realty World was started in 2006 by 3 former Exit Realty agents. They all have worked with Jcran Solutions for several projects and decided to hire us for their new company’s web site. We designed a site that integrates with the IDX Multiple Listing Service, so all of their listings automatically download to the web site.

Real Estate Pros Racine WI

Jim Howe, the owner, saw some sites we had completed for other real estate companies and agents and decided to contact us to design a site for his company. The site we built allows him to add featured listings and also showcase all of his company’s listings. Jim also wanted his site to be strong in the search engines, so we optimized the site to dominate in the search engines and it has paid off for Real Estate Pros Racine.
